Drawfacts (Heritage/Premier Races) MethodologyThe draw facts charts for these races show the stall positions for the first four* home each year and also the going on the day of the race - all four finishing positions counting the same on the chart.
However, the winners are shown in red and placed horses in black on the charts. *For races with smaller fields only the first three positions are recorded. In the last but one right hand column there is a total figure for each stall to help identify those stalls with the best records. The column on the far right has sub totals for the low/middle/high stalls aggregated. In the UK the major handicaps are classed as 'Heritage' whilst in Ireland they are called 'Premier'. Other slightly less valuable handicaps and some major 'stakes' races are also recorded in the second column.
